When you first create an account in Breakroom Chat App, there is a dedicated chat called "Announcements". In "Announcements", managers and account owner can send one-way messages to team members. Team members are able to react to announcements but they are unable to reply. The benefit of "Announcements" is that important messages are kept visible and will not be pushed by team members' messages.
You can pin announcements to the top of the chat page by clicking on "More" > selecting "Settings" > and turning on "Pin announcements to the top"
