I got a new phone number. How do I log in?

To log in with your new phone number, you will have to ask your supervisor to send you an invitation to your new phone number. After your manager sends you the invitation, you can log in with your new phone number. Your supervisor will have to remove your old account from Breakroom.

I am a manager and I do not want to lose my chat history

If you have a new phone number and do not want to lose your chat history, you will have to reach out to us by going to Contact Us page. Our Customer Support team can update your account with your new phone number.

I cannot see my team or any of my chats

Reach out to your supervisor and make sure your supervisor has added you to Breakroom. If you recently changed your phone number, make sure your supervisor has invited you to Breakroom using your new phone number.
