Recognize good work by giving Kudos to your team
In Breakroom App, you can give "Kudos" to your team. Kudos can be seen by the entire.
You can give Kudos by clicking on the "Everyone" chat and select the "award" icon on the bottom right side.
Select who you want to give Kudos to and type in the reason for the Kudos. There are also a number of Kudos you can select from
Kudos Leaderboard
You can keep track of the number of Kudos each of team member received by going to the "Team" page and selecting "Kudos Leaderboard"
Number of Kudos
By default, you and your team are given 30 Kudos per month to use. This limited number is to ensure that your team feels there is a limited number of Kudos available and it should only be given out to recognize great work. However, if you find that you and your team need more Kudos, please reach out to us.

Only managers can give out Kudos
By default, any team member can give out Kudos to another team member. However, you can allow only managers to give out Kudos by clicking on "More" in the Breakroom mobile app > selecting "Settings" > turn on "Only managers and account owner can give out Kudos"
